Non-refundable deposit at time of registration: $500
2nd deposit (including hotel costs) will be invoiced at the end of July and is refundable until the end of August, after which it becomes partially non-refundable.
On top of these deposits, you are responsible to pay directly all your food consumption, drinks and spa treatments, etc. We will try and offer self-catering/group cooking options where possible to keep costs down. These will be billed after the conclusion of the trip.
Given the tour takes place outside of the European Union, all billing is in USD and payment by card is highly preferred. We accept Visa and Master CARD.
Once you submit the form and we checked it, we will generate payment invoices and E-mail to you to make payment.
If you have indicated that you do not have access to/prefer not to use a Visa/Master card, we will revert to you with alternative payment methods.
Outside the city, Madagascar is still a very cash-dominated economy, so it is best to bring EUR or USD in cash to change on arrival. There are a few ATMs in the City and airport that can be used for local currency withdrawals.
