Outside the cities (Muscat and Salalah), there are generally few option. Inside the cities, we are staying in proper business hotels, such as Radisson and Golden Tulip in Muscat, and Atana Hotel in Salalah. However, if you would like even more luxury options in the city, please indicate so below, and the tour organiser can search for and advise you of available options.I am happy to go with the group accommodation.I would like to explore more luxurious options where available.

Partly-refundable deposits of 30% of the tour cost will be invoiced at time of registration

Balance payments are due at the latest 50 days before the start of the trip, and if earlier paid, are refundable (net of bank charges) until 50 days before the start of the trip, whereafter cancellations will be treated on a case by case basis.

In the event of force majeure leading to cancellation by the tour operator, all monies paid will be refunded, (net of bank charges).

On top of these deposits, you are responsible to pay directly all your food consumption (which is not included per the program), drinks, etc. Where some consumption may be paid for the group for the sake of convenience (e.g. 15 people on a restaurant bill), these will be billed after conclusion of the trip.

All billing will take place in Omani Rial (OMR), since all costs are in OMR. Billing for card payments will be handled directly by the tour operator in Oman, who will issue the payment links for you to use.

Once you submit the form and we checked it, we will liaise with the tour operator to generate payment links.

If you prefer to pay by a different way than using cards, such as for example bank transfers, please indicate this and we will suggest alternatives. As this may involve additional currency conversion and bank charges to send the money on to Oman, there may be a small additional charge.
